My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious but dirty, with a lingering smell of dogs. However, it had a massive widescreen TV that I enjoyed watching the Patriots game on. The service was hit or miss; some staff were great and friendly, while others lacked communication. The location was convenient, although a bit far from Bangor for my liking. The dining experience was decent, with options for the whole family. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for the price paid.

7.2/10

The hotel was in a beautiful location surrounded by countryside, and the rooms, albeit a bit small on the 3rd floor, were comfortable with two full-sized chairs. The service was very accommodating overall, although there were missed opportunities for more interactive communication. The dining experience offered a multitude of items to choose from, and the facilities were well-equipped. The price was reasonable, reflecting the value for money, but the location was a little further out of Bangor than ideal.

Rooms
7.0
The room had been 'smoked in' recently, but after reporting, they provided some 'fresh air spray'. No offer of another room.
Service
8.0
The staff not only made a special cocktail for the occasion but also gave useful recommendations on things to do. However, there was room for improvement in communication as it lacked the personal touch of interacting more with guests.
